There is only one exercise and each day will increase number or reps. By end of month you will be able to complete 145 squats with ease. You only have to do the amount of the challenge each day but if your brave feel free to repeat each day of challenge. Remember by day 30 it will be hard to complete 145 squats multiple times 🙂
