1 Week Nutrition Coaching Starter Plan
The starter plan is customized to your specific macronutrient needs and includes a one week meal plan plus a grocery list. This is perfect for the person who has no problem following through and is just looking for a jump start.
What is included:
- Personalized macronutrient calculation, which is calculated using the following factors: your body composition, goals, activity level, and caloric needs.
- You will receive a customized meal plan for 1 week, with your specific daily fats, carbohydrates, and daily protein which will align with your personal goals.
- Based on meal plan above you will receive a grocery shopping list with easy food prep instructions.
What to expect from my meal plan service
After you pay for the program, I will send you an email confirming payment. This email includes new client intake paperwork such as a health questionnaire. You will fill out these forms and return them to me via email. I will then review them. If I have any questions, I’ll either ask via email or schedule a time to talk on the phone. If there are no questions, we move on to the meal plan creation.
In 2-3 business days after you fill out the intake form and answer any additional question I might have, I’ll create your meal plan. Once I deliver it to you via email , you have 48 hours to review, ask questions, and request a revision. All reasonable revision requests will be accommodated. Cant wait to get started.
