Hi Shelley – Do the punch in the air do not need any bags and I would try to get through it once to start with – but if you are strong enough try for as many reps a day. But the focus of this challenge is to progress each day so if you do 5 pushups first day second day do the 8, if your stronger and can do more, do two reps first day and two reps second day etc… How ever many you do each day you want to progress and do more each day to build up your arm strength!
Do these get repeated? Three times? Also, how are the punches done? Air, or on a bag?
