This week I want to share with you a delicious dumpling soup recipe. Ingredients:
- 100g of dumplings
- 50g of fish balls, canned
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 tbsp of black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt
- In a pot, add chicken stock and 250ml of water
- Bring it to boil.
- Add dumplings and fish balls and bring it to boil with lid on
- Add salt and pepper, allow to boil for 3 min
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice (Do not wait until soup cools to add lemon juice)
- Serve hot.
