Cherry tomato saladIngredients:

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup of sliced radish
  • ½ cup of cucumber slices
  • 1 tbsp of white pepper
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • ¼ tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt
 Method:
  1. In a bowl, add cherry tomatoes, cucumber and radish
  2. Mix them with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil
  3. In a plate, arrange cabbage leaves and arrange the cucumber on to it.
  4. Add the rest of the vegetable and serve.
